Families are mentally supported by medical professionals however they can also be hurt by their unintentional words or behaviors. We put together the words and the behaviors by the medical professionals that supported and reassured the families.

The Japanese Organization of NICU Families (JOIN) hopes that it helps to bring their empathy together.
